Lacrosse Player Scores Green Card

Eric W. Schultz has obtained approval of a client’s petition for classification as an “alien of Extraordinary Ability” based on the client’s career as a Professional Lacrosse Player, which qualifies him for permanent resident eligibility immediately without need for labor certification.  The client, who is entering his third season in the best indoor lacrosse league in the world, has also won honors internationally and was recently named to represent his home nation in the upcoming world outdoor lacrosse championship.

This is the second pro lacrosse player for whom Eric has successfully obtained extraordinary ability status and qualified for lawful permanent resident (green card) status in 2005.
