Visitor visa obtained after client tried on his own and was denied

Eric W. Schultz, Esq., successfully assisted his client, a Jordanian citizen and landed immigrant of Canada, in obtaining a visitor visa to be admitted to the U.S. to attend business meetings on behalf of the client’s employer.  The client had previously applied for visas on his own on four separate occasions and was denied each time because the Consulate questioned whether the client had nonimmigrant intent.  The application Eric prepared, with supporting documentation to overcome the prior denials, was approved with very little questioning by the Consular Officer.  The client may now use his visa to visit the U.S.
