Waiver for Fraud GrantedPublished: Apr 4, 2007 By: Matthew L. Kolken Source: My Source
The Customs and Border Protection, Champlain, New York Office granted a waiver of inadmissibility to our client, a Citizen of Canada on humanitarian grounds. Our client is inadmissible to the United States for failing to disclose his intention to enter the United States to engage in unauthorized employment. The client took full accountability for his actions, and admitted that he lied to the inspecting officer.
The waiver has been granted for a period of five years, and enables our client to apply for admission to the United States as many times as he wants during the five year period the waiver has been granted. Matthew Kolken handled the case.
