Scalia says he didn't attack Obama on immigration

"Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia defended his inclusion of President Obama's immigration policy in a recent opinion on a controversial Arizona law targeting illegal immigrants.

"I did not say the president's statement was wrong," Scalia told C-SPAN in an interview to air this weekend. "I just said that what the attorney general had told us concerning enforcement priorities was simply -- as the public record shows -- not the sole problem.""
