Obama's Immigration Changes Kick In

"Thousands of young undocumented immigrants are expected to start applying for the Obama administration's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program Wednesday in the hopes of avoiding deportation and obtaining temporary work permits.

Undocumented immigrants are scrambling to get passports and other records in order exactly two months after President Barack Obama announced the change to deportation policy.

Homeland Security announced the details Tuesday of what documents applicants would need to prove that they are eligible for the Obama administration's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals."
